Choose Hope ships ONLY to the fifty US States. We DO NOT offer international shipping of any type under any circumstances.
Choose Hope prides itself on shipping quickly and efficiently. Our shipping days for Ground and First Class are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If an order is placed by 3:00 PM Central Time that day, it will ship out that day. Otherwise, the order will ship out the next shipping day. All Air shipment orders placed by 3:00 PM Central Time will ship out that same day. Otherwise, orders will ship out the following day via UPS (per the shipping method requested). Please remember that these times frames DO NOT include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. For example, if a package is shipped out Overnite on Friday, it will be delivered the following Monday. PLEASE NOTE: UPS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE DAY A PACKAGE SHIPS AS THE FIRST DAY. If a package is shipped on a Tuesday and it is going 2nd Day Air, it will arrive at its destination on Thursday. Items not in stock will be backordered and sent out at a later date at our expense.
Choose Hope is happy to offer all UPS shipping services, including Ground, Overnite, 2nd Day Air and 3-Day Select as well as USPS First Class for any orders that are 11 oz. or less. Charges are based on the weight of your order and will be calculated at the time of check-out.
We are unable to accomodate shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and US Territories.
All UPS orders placed will receive an email tracking number as soon as the package ships. If you have the option to choose First Class and do so and desire a tracking number, please call us at 888-348-4673.
Please NOTE that Wisconsin residents will be charged 5.5% state sales tax. All other states are exempt from taxes.
